Visit process

Appointment Booking:

Please call the service center at 010-66165722 to make an appointment 24 hours in advance.

Front desk appointment:

Please go directly to the front desk, our customer service staff will book the appointment for you.

Please register at the front desk according to the appointment time.

Patients would wait at the waiting area, and the nurse would guide the patients to the doctor’s office for the consultation.

After the visit: 

(1)Patients who do not need infusion or observation can collect the medicine from the pharmacy, and check out at the cashier;  

(2)For patients who need infusion or observation, nurses will assist to collect the medicine from the pharmacy, then take the patient to the infusion ward for treatment. After the treatment, the patient will check out at the cashier and make an follow up appointment at the front desk if it is necessary.

Insurance Direct Billing

1)Please bring your insurance card and valid ID card (ID card / passport) to the front desk of Beijing Healstar clinic. The customer service staff will assist you to register and open a file. [please bring your bank card for settlement of non direct payment amount]

2)Customer service staff will assist you to fill in the insurance claim form (if necessary)

3)At the end of the visit, the customer service will ask you to sign on the bill and claim form for confirmation; if there is a self-paid amount or deductible amount, the customer service staff will prompt you to pay together; for items that cannot be provided with direct payment, the payee will issue the invoice of the day after you pay and prepare the claim settlement materials so that you can send them to the insurance company in time for claims settlement.

4)For items that can be paid directly by the insurance, customer service staff will send the bill and claim form directly to the insurance company for claim settlement after the diagnosis and treatment.
